I’m John Henry Bussey, an international researcher with a passion for analyzing global politics, security, and economic dynamics—particularly within Southeast Asia and the Indo-Pacific region. With a Master’s degree in Southeast Asian Studies from Goethe Universität Frankfurt and research spanning energy security, Belt and Road diplomacy, and conflict analysis, I strive to bring nuanced, data-driven insights to complex geopolitical issues. My experience ranges from presenting at academic conferences to contributing to the Heidelberg Institute for International Conflict Research and leading editorial projects for E-International Relations.

Currently I am located in Frankfurt, Germany but plan to be in Berlin in the near future.
